2025 Wheat Combine Harvester Worked successfully in August

During this year's wheat mechanized harvesting period, the city has invested a total of 1247 wheat combine harvesters, 1270 straw returning machines, 1945 baling machines, issued 479 cross regional operation certificates, repaired 33600 sets of various machinery, completed 350000 mu of wheat machine harvesting tasks, and achieved a wheat mechanized harvesting rate of over 99%. The area of wheat straw mechanized returning to the field is 67100 mu, and the area of straw baling is 278300 mu. Strengthen skills and safety training, effectively improve the quality of agricultural machinery operations, and build a solid barrier for agricultural machinery safety; We have organized 28 training sessions in counties (cities, districts) through various forms such as "on-site meetings" and "training courses" to enhance the skills of high-quality farmers in unmanned aerial vehicle operation and reduce machine harvesting losses. We have trained 162 agricultural machinery management service personnel, 202 technical personnel, and 3741 machine operators and repair personnel, providing talent support and technical support for wheat harvester machine.

During this year's summer grain harvest, the city has accelerated the integration of digital economic technologies such as low altitude economic application scenarios and smart agricultural management platforms into the agricultural and rural fields, promoting the rapid development of wheat harvesting operations with high quality. Form a drone plant protection and drought resistance operation service team, go deep into the fields, operate continuously, spray drought resistant and pest control drugs such as potassium dihydrogen phosphate, minimize and prevent the impact of drought and pest control on the yield reduction of seed corn, and effectively ensure stable and increased production of seed corn. Utilizing the "Smart Agriculture Service Platform" to achieve real-time monitoring of agricultural machinery operations, monitoring devices are installed on high-power tractors, wheat combine harvesters, and other equipment. Operation data is synchronously uploaded to the management system to ensure accurate and controllable key indicators such as plowing depth, sowing, and harvesting, thereby improving work efficiency and quality.
