Combine Harvesters Shipped to Ethiopia

Recently, 30 units of TE100 combine harvesters were shipped from Wuhu, Anhui to Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia, and delivered to local customers, providing advanced agricultural machinery and equipment support for the upcoming harvest season.

This delivery is another important achievement of the strategic cooperation between Zoomlion Intelligent Agricultural Machinery and local customers in Ethiopia. Since the strategic cooperation was reached, the technical teams of both parties have worked closely together to optimize the TE100 classic model in response to Ethiopia's plateau climate and crop characteristics, ensuring that it meets the harvesting needs of major food crops such as wheat in the local area.

Ethiopia is the second most populous country in Africa, with agriculture accounting for nearly 40% of the country's GDP, but the mechanization rate is less than 10%, resulting in a huge demand for agricultural machinery in the market. The 30 units of TE100 combine harvesters delivered this time are expected to cover over 50000 acres of farmland, directly benefiting more than 3000 small farming households. It is said that the TE100 combine harvester is known for its high efficiency, low loss, and easy maintenance. It is equipped with an intelligent production measurement system and uses precise threshing technology. The daily operating volume can reach 120 acres, which is 40% higher than traditional models.
