In order to fully tap into the potential of agricultural machinery and equipment to increase grain yield, accelerate the promotion and application of advanced and applicable high-performance corn seeders, improve the quality of sowing operations, and promote large-scale grain yield improvement, from June 10th to 12th, the Agricultural Machinery Technology Promotion Station conducted on-site verification demonstrations of some corn high-performance seeders that have entered the subsidy scope for agricultural machinery purchase and application.
At the demonstration site, 27 high-performance corn seeders from 22 companies were sequentially operated and demonstrated. These models are equipped with finger clamp or pneumatic seeders, intelligent monitoring systems, and have individual independent synchronous profiling, same position depth limit, and V-shaped suppression mechanisms. According to the agronomic requirements of 40cm+80cm wide narrow rows, 18cm plant spacing, and 6172 grains of Golden Grain corn variety per mu, a field operation demonstration was conducted using the corn no tillage and fertilization co sowing technology mode under the condition of full coverage of wheat straw returning to the field. In on-site operations, the operating speed of the air suction seeder is above 8km/h, and the operating speed of the finger clamp seeder is above 6km/h. Compared with traditional seeders, it reflects the characteristics of high operating efficiency, good operating quality, and saving seeds and fertilizers.
For this on-site verification, experts from departments such as agricultural machinery testing and identification, technology promotion, and agricultural colleges were invited to comprehensively assess the operational performance and quality of the corn seeders participating in the verification. Through on-site verification, high-performance corn seeders suitable for the Huang Huai Hai region have been selected, providing technical support for implementing agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policies and optimizing machinery and subsidies, and providing advanced and applicable agricultural machinery equipment for the large-scale increase of corn yield in the province.
