High Quality Miscellaneous Grains are Fully Mechanized

On the morning of September 2nd, a group of three people from Shanxi Agricultural Machinery Company and staff from Shenchi County Agricultural Machinery Development Center went to the high-quality grain (millet) planting area in Shishanzi Village, Hezhi Township to conduct on-site inspection and acceptance of the mechanical plant protection process of the fully mechanized production demonstration project. The purpose of this event is to evaluate the effectiveness of new crop protection machinery, test the quality of pest and disease control operations, ensure the implementation of key technologies, improve the mechanization and intelligence level of grain production in the county, and ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products.

During the acceptance process, technical personnel strictly follow the project plan and mechanical plant protection specifications, and conduct on-site inspections, measurements, data collection, and other methods to test the plant protection drones. The testing content includes key performance indicators such as the capacity of the medicine box, the atomization effect of the nozzle, the accuracy of the dosage per mu, and the precision of the intelligent navigation system (such as RTK positioning). In addition, technicians also conducted sampling surveys and evaluations on agronomic indicators such as droplet distribution uniformity, leaf application rate, and pest control effectiveness after plant protection operations.
