On Site Demonstration of Rice Harvester

In the vast fields of the farm, several new harvesters take turns to harvest, thresh, and return the golden rice ears neatly. A live demonstration and promotion activity centered around the full mechanization of rice production was held here, with more than 80 people from various county and city agricultural machinery centers, agricultural machinery professional cooperatives or large-scale agricultural machinery and seed production households participating to observe the new changes brought about by new technologies and equipment.

At 10 o'clock in the morning, the demonstration activity started on time, and various agricultural machinery appeared one after another. A new type of harvester equipped with a continuously variable transmission system operates like a regular car, efficiently completing harvesting, threshing and other processes in the field without unnecessary operations, while achieving rice straw crushing and returning to the field. A compact harvester next to it is suitable for small plots and complex terrains in hilly and mountainous areas, demonstrating good adaptability and flexibility. Under the control of technicians, agricultural drones carry out efficient fertilization operations, and the uniform atomization spraying has won praise from the scene. Many attendees approached the field embankment, carefully observed the effectiveness of agricultural machinery operations, occasionally took out their mobile phones to record, and exchanged mechanical performance and applicable conditions with technical personnel.

At the same time, it also demonstrated a tracked differential steering harvester suitable for harvesting regenerated rice, reducing the crushing damage of regenerated rice piles, and making it easy for small-scale machinery to cultivate terraced fields in mountainous and hilly areas, allowing large-scale growers and farmers to intuitively experience the effects of advanced equipment.

This event not only showcased the powerful advantages of advanced agricultural machinery and equipment, but also provided rice growers with replicable mechanization solutions, promoting the transformation of agricultural production towards modernization and efficiency. Next, the Agricultural Mechanization Development Center will continue to focus on the full process mechanization transformation and upgrading of rice production. In response to the special agronomic requirements of hilly terrain and hybrid seed production, mature, reliable, and adaptable agricultural machinery and equipment will be introduced to provide technical support for improving grain yield and agricultural efficiency.
