Irrigation should not submerge the ridges, and should be stopped 7-10 days before harvest. Pay attention to the application of trace element fertilizers such as zinc and boron.

The following water-saving measures can be taken: first, ditch irrigation, with each irrigation of about 40 cubic meters per acre. The second is drip irrigation, with each irrigation of about 3-6 cubic meters per acre. Before the flood season, dig drainage ditches in the fields according to the terrain, dredge the ditches, and timely drain the water.
