Rice Combine Harvester Mechanization Technology Training

FOTMA held a 2025 city wide agricultural mechanization work promotion meeting and an on-site training course on early rice harvester and grain drying mechanization technology. More than 30 people participated in this event, including leaders of agricultural machinery centers in various counties and districts, backbone of agricultural machinery technology promotion, project owners of regional rice industry centers in the city, large-scale rice growers, and machine operators.

At the meeting, the agricultural machinery centers of each county and district reported on the progress of agricultural mechanization work since the beginning of this year, carefully analyzed the existing problems, and planned for the next steps.

The specific requirements for agricultural mechanization work this year are as follows: firstly, each county and district department should carry out the review work of implementing subsidies for agricultural machinery purchase, scrapping, and mechanization of sugar cane production in accordance with the annual target tasks; Secondly, we will focus on guiding the implementation of agricultural mechanization projects throughout the city and coordinating the payment of project funds; The third is to focus on the current statistics, scheduling, and guidance services for early rice harvester and loss reduction in the city.

In the training class, the head of Agricultural Machinery Technology Promotion Station gave lectures on the application of suitable mechanized harvester technology for early maturing rice varieties, as well as the precautions for machine harvesting and loss reduction technology operation; The chairman of the Rural Prosperity Cooperative, the construction unit of the District Regional Rice Industry Center in 2025, introduced the experience and achievements of project operation and the implementation of socialized agricultural machinery services.
