One is to implement the planting area for autumn grain. It is expected that the autumn grain area in the city will be 3.0265 million mu, and the rice area will be 2.707 million mu, an increase of 8200 mu and 8300 mu respectively compared to the previous year; Implement a soybean planting area of over 204200 mu and a soybean corn strip composite planting area of over 8000 mu.

The second is to optimize the structure of rice cultivation. Implement the action to increase rice yield per unit area, promote the implementation of key technologies for seedling cultivation, vigorously promote the application of efficient and stable rice cultivation models, focus on reducing the area of direct sowing rice, and expand the area of machine inserted rice. The total area of machine inserted rice in the city is over 2.45 million mu, accounting for more than 90% of the rice planting area. Optimize the structure of rice varieties. More than 95% of rice varieties have excellent taste, with the main recommended varieties being Nanjing 9108, Nanjing 5055, Taixiangjing 1402, Ningxiangjing 9, etc.

The third is to strengthen technical guidance services. We will focus on managing rice plants as soon as they are planted, actively follow up on field management measures such as "checking seedlings and filling gaps, managing fertilizers and water, and controlling weeds", and consolidate the foundation for high rice yields. We will focus on the construction of high-yield and high-quality grain and oil production areas, integrate demonstration and promotion of key technologies such as machine inserted japonica rice tray cultivation, strong seedling cultivation, high-yield, high-quality and efficient collaborative cultivation of rice, precise quantitative cultivation of machine inserted rice, machine inserted lateral deep fertilization, and green prevention and control of pests and diseases. A total of 12 provincial-level high-yield and high-quality rice and wheat production areas have been declared in the city, and 1 county has implemented the ministerial level rice integrated system promotion.
