"Three Summers" Agricultural Machinery Safety Production Training

In recent days, FOTMA has organized agricultural machinery workers to go deep into rural areas, agricultural machinery cooperatives, and fields to carry out training on agricultural machinery safety production operations, which has been well received by agricultural machinery operators.

The training adopts a combination of classroom lectures and on-site practical operations. During the classroom explanation session, the staff provided detailed explanations on agricultural machinery safety laws and regulations, safety operation norms, and other related topics. By listing typical agricultural machinery accident cases in recent years and analyzing the causes of accidents in depth, agricultural machinery operators can deeply understand the serious consequences of illegal operations and effectively enhance their safety awareness. During the on-site practical operation, technicians demonstrated the standardized operation of common agricultural machinery such as harvesters, tractors, and seeders, provided hands-on guidance, and promptly corrected non-standard behaviors to ensure that agricultural machinery operators were proficient in the operation essentials.

The agricultural machinery operators who participated in the training expressed that this training was closely integrated with the agricultural season, with strong participation and practicality, abundant knowledge, and fruitful harvest.
