Wheat Combine Harvest and Loss Reduction Technology

In order to further implement the work deployment of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs on reducing grain machine harvest losses, do a good job in reducing wheat machine harvest losses, effectively improve the quality of wheat machine harvest operations in the whole county, and minimize grain losses in the harvesting process. FOTMA held an on-site demonstration and practical training session on wheat machine harvesting and loss reduction technology.

The purpose of this training is to enhance the level of mechanized harvesting technology, ensure the quality and efficiency of wheat mechanized harvesting, and lay a solid foundation for increasing grain production and income in the upcoming "Three Summers". At the training session, senior engineers gave detailed explanations on new technologies, operational points, and loss reduction measures for mechanized wheat harvesting. On site demonstrations were conducted on key technical aspects such as mechanical debugging, speed control, and height adjustment of the cutting table. Through practical training, participants gained a deep understanding of how to scientifically select harvesting machinery, adjust operating parameters reasonably, and effectively avoid food waste during the harvesting process. In addition, the training session also emphasized the importance of safety production, requiring all operators to follow operating procedures while paying attention to the reduction of mechanical losses, to ensure personal safety and the normal operation of machinery.

The successful holding of this training session has comprehensively improved the level of wheat harvesting operations, further promoted the technology of reducing losses in wheat harvesting, and contributed to the agricultural machinery strength to ensure the food security of the whole county.
